Shipping policy

Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: most orders arrive in 7–20 business days. Some items ship from partner warehouses overseas, so delivery can take longer than at a big-box store. Each product page shows its estimated delivery time.

Tracking: every order ships with tracking. Tracking may take a few days to start updating.

Multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Lost or late orders: if your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, email ryansocalca@gmail.com. We'll track it down, then reship it or refund it.
